Dan,

If this is a tree in the ROW then it can’t be fruit bearing. They make a mess and we will get complaints from the property owner about people picking the fruit off of their tree. If it is on private property then I don’t care and it is a Planning call. Will let you and Steve handle the rest. Thanks.

Tracy,

FYI, we discussed yesterday that we would issue the permit with the condition that a replacement tree be planted but it has not yet been signed. You can go ahead and schedule the work and we’ll return the signed permit to you tomorrow.

Best,

Dan Z

I do know Chris at 110 would be very happy to get rid of the tree, he appears to not like yard work.

Ok – I’ll discuss with the planner tomorrow and we should be able to get it back to you for the end of the week. Thanks!

Hello Dan,

That is correct, it covers most of 108 and 110.

Hi Tracy,

I’m looking at some imagery from Google. Would I be correct that the maple is the large tree on the back, right (west towards Kennel Ave) side of the property?

Best,

Dan Z
