I remember their process and it actually works well for staff. They have a set time and if there are no pre-apps, the group gets together for coordination and updates between departments. Would love to have something like that set up here.

Subject: Scheduling Conflict

Hi Dan,

We are working on a project in Wilsonville and our pre-app meeting with the City is currently scheduled for Thursday, March 21 at 10:30AM. Unfortunately, the City of Wilsonville only holds their pre-app meetings on Thursday mornings at 9:00 and 10:30 (see attachment). As such, I can either come in after the meeting, or I can swap days and come in on Wednesday (3/20). Please advise what works best for you.

Thanks for your help,

Steve
