We are looking into building a home on a piece of property in Molalla. We wanted to know what the cost is to run water and sewer to your home? Is there a flat fee? A cost per foot?

We are planning on building behind 502 E 4th st, Molalla, after we partition the property. Any information you can give us would be so helpful.
