Attached is a copy of the neighborhood notice we sent your for the Cascade Station application, as well as the one we sent out for the 114 Robbins St office building. No notice has been sent out yet on the Dollar General store yet. That one will probably be sent out by the City’s new planner.

The next notice to be sent out for the Cascade Station application will be the notice of the public hearing. Let me know if you have any questions.

I need to know when you are ready to send out notification to property owners for development applications subject to public notice. There are two parties that have to be notified. If anything at all requires a public notification, I need a copy of it sent to me so I can route it to our attorneys. Thanks.
