I have a couple of questions regarding the zoning on the Manufactured home at 809 Mathias Ct.

1) Could a person replace the structure a similar sized unit as a "replacement home" and what permits & requirements would that entail

2) What would the cost and permit requirements be if you could not do a "replacement home".
