Hi Dan,

I wanted to let you know I’m available to come out today so we can set a schedule and go over anything that needs to be addressed at this time. If today is not a good day, then I can stop out on Monday or Thursday of next week. Let me know what works best for you.

Yes, we need to get a schedule in place. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays are the best days for me to travel to Molalla. Let me know how often you think I need to be at the City and I will work with you to make a schedule. Thanks!
