Hi Dan and Gerald,

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for inviting Neil and I to meet with you last week regarding the Planning service work the City needs help with. It was great to meet both of you and learn more about how Emerio Design, LLC can help the City of Molalla with their Planner service’s needs at this time. We’re are very excited about this opportunity and believe it would be a good fit for both parties. To that end I will prepare a scope of work proposal this week for the services we discussed on Friday and should have it ready for you by Thursday.
