Steve - I am good with your scope. We just need to attach a fee schedule. Also, I want to make sure of our understanding that you will be here on December 19 or so to work with our Planner who is leaving. Once we have a new planner hired, we would like you to be available for the transition. I will try and provide a contract in the next few days.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for inviting Neil and I to meet with you last week regarding the Planning service work the City needs help with. It was great to meet both of you and learn more about how Emerio Design, LLC can help the City of Molalla with their Planner service’s needs at this time. We’re are very excited about this opportunity and believe it would be a good fit for both parties.
