Hi Dan,

I wanted to let you know that Neil has executed the contract, but we had a couple questions regarding pages 5 and 6. Specifically, can you please explain what the “Molalla Visioning Project” is and the role you see Emerio playing in this effort. Neil and I couldn’t recall discussing this with you when we met, so it caught us a little off guard when we saw it listed in the contract. Also, on Pg. 6 we need to revise the “Benchmarks” to start on either Dec. 20, 2018 and continuing to March (6 Months), or just have it start on January 1, 2019 and continue to April 2019. I will bring a copy of the executed agreement with my on Thursday.
