Hello and how are you?
We are looking to be asking for our first TCO’s for the first building(s) at Stoneplace here within the next 45 days or so. Just wanted to get a jump on things with you and the City of Molalla. I’m looking to make sure there aren’t any missing loopholes that we can make sure are filled prior to us asking for the TCO’s. I’d like it to just go as smoothly as possible. Please let me know if there’s anything I can do in advance to set this up for success.
