My name is Ian Gelbrich and I’m pursuing the design of a building project in the City of Molalla. As part of my proposal I’m developing a draft of a project schedule and would like to be able to show how long both the land use review as well as the building permit review might take. Can you provide me with a range of time that I could expect for each of these procedures? I’m anticipating a project that will require a Type III Site Design Review and Type III Conditional Use Review.
