Hello Nicolas,

I will be in Molalla tomorrow looking at some of the properties Jennifer has enquired about. If the plans for 578 Anne Lane are still easily accessible, I would like to take a look at those tomorrow. Depending on the inspections, I expect to be there in the early afternoon after the lunch hour. Are there any limitations on the hours for viewing documents tomorrow (Tuesday)?

I believe they are located at 162 Fenton Avenue, Units A, B, and C; and 166 Fenton Avenue, Units A, B and C.

They’re too large (24x36) to make copies electronic or otherwise. There are 8.5x11 documents but those are beam calculations and the site plan that you’re probably not interested in.

Been gone on vacation, not sure if you stopped by to look at the plans. I thumbed through them quickly and all I saw were beam calculations, quotes for lumber prices, and a house plan. No completion dates, no final occupancies or anything of that sort.
