Hello Mr. and Mrs. McLeod,

It seems there was some confusion regarding the timing for payment of SDC’s on the lots mentioned in the subject line. The city only accepts SDC’s during the review process for a building permit application. Once an application is received for a given lot, the associated SDC’s are calculated and become due prior to approval.

We have voided your check and you may pick it up, or let us know and we can shred it for you. Please let me know if you have any questions about this and I will do my best to answer them while our SDC program manager, Mr. Fisher, is on leave. Thank you.
