Good afternoon Mac,
I was able to edit a setting on you firewall to re-allow direct connection to Clackamas County’s Plan Map.
In testing I am now able to get to the website properly from a PC on the City’s network.
Please test when you get a chance and make sure you are able to get to it.
Also please let us know if you have any other issues.

Hi Stuart,
Happy Monday! Gerald, Dan Z, and I typically have direct access to Clackamas County’s Plan Map 3.0 system, but something is preventing us from accessing it. I spoke to Clackamas County’s IT Department and they said the system is working fine on their end, so I thought I’d follow-up with you. We use this tool a lot and really need access, so if you can take a look I’d be very grateful. The web address is: https://web.clackamas.us/planmap/ and right now it’s just timing out for all of us.
