I think we should all be proud. We stuck to our guns about requiring professionalism and that resulted in both Tractor Supply and I&E stepping up their game. They both brought in professional project managers. Maybe we won’t have to experience working with the “C Team” as much these days.

I just called Gerald to tell him the good news. We had an OUTSTANDING meeting with I&E!!
I never thought this day would come. The new PMs are extremely professional, polite and tuned in to the project schedule. They started the meeting by apologizing for how the project has gone the past year. They said that from now on the project would move forward. They were also tuned in to the proper sequence and didn’t ask for inappropriate things…like approvals out of sequence.
Wow. Amazing! Dan, I know you are in a Zoom call now. I thought you would appreciate this positive distraction!
