We don't want to go after extension at this time. Have a reason and can discuss later.

Subject: Cascade Center Final Plat: At long last....

Hi Gerald:

We have finally received a final plat that may be ready for review. See that Multi-Tech has included Parcel 1 to the south to resolve the issue we had with the potential “tract.”

Julie will send this out to you more formally for review. In the meantime, I wanted to alert you to the fact that it may be a good time to collect the r/w for the full extension of Lowe Road in the future. I don’t know if this is an appropriate requirement at this time. One big question is what to do with the remnant triangle (see below). We should give this some thought.

Also, while I know it will be a controversial decision to propose this, I am starting to think we should really review this re-plat through a new Subdivision app….rather than through just the submittal of a final plat. There are some implications and issues we need to consider for the lot to the south. Thoughts on that?

It may be that we can suggest this in a way that will be palatable since we are planning to require the applicant to submit a new preliminary plat for Phase II. Thoughts on this?
