Good morning,
The City of Tualatin will not authorize any County to issue COs or TCOs on this property until the applicant has secured permits to access the property from ODOT.
Mr Cooper from Hix Snedeker is aware of the City's position on this. The City's position hasn't changed since we met with the County on this topic in September 2019. I hope this email will put this issue to rest until Tractor Supply shows proof of legal access to the site. Without it, no agencies should review requests for TCOs or COs.
Elizabeth, in Matt Rozzell's absence this week, feel free to reach out to me if you or other County staff have questions about thjis email.

We are trying to close a few things up with the Tractor Supply store in Molalla and issue the Certificate of Occupancy.
We still have a few permits that are not finaled or have not been issued, as well as the CofO for the shed and the main building.
If you need assistance completing the inspections please let me know and I can assist. The racking permit is ready to issue and the final amount due is $647.69.
