Importance: Normal
It is an unimproved site fronting Molalla Forest Road which has ceased to be a viable vehicle roadway. To my knowledge, they do not have a key to the gate at the north end of MFR and only the City has access. The site is shown on our maps as wetland and likely undevelopable. You will have to ask Dan if he has ever had any interest in the property for park purposes. Thanks.

Alice and Gerald,
The owner of 1221 W Main came in today and is interested in the property to the north of her. She has some questions. I just want to see if we know anything off the tops of our head. Otherwise, I’ll direct her to the records process. Questions are:
Otherwise, I advised her of the process to get a delineation report as our 2001 study shows wetlands on the property.
Thank you,

To Dan Zinder,
Following up on our previous conversation this afternoon at City Hall.
We were working with the owner Linda Smith about the property identified above. I would like to know in detail records asscociated with it. The city has it as wetlands. We would like to know if it is buldiable; the access to it(landlocked) ? Possible accesss/ rights to forest reserve rd and any city plans in the works or conversation regarding their interest that would adversely affect the property.
Best Regards
