Please see the attached Deed of Dedication. You may receive a copy of this directly from I&E construction, when they sign it and return it. If so, please be sure to let Gerald, Dan and I know…and shoot us a copy of the signed deed. If he sends it back to me first, I will do the same for you.

Andy – We can sign it once it is transferred to the City. Standby.
Alice – Karl Ivanov was conditioned to dedicate this parcel to the City as parks space as part of Stoneplace Apartments Ph 3. The partition plat was done but I believe that Aldo did not follow through on transferring the property so Stone Place 3 is not technically in compliance. Attached in a deed of dedication that Karl will need to execute and return to us notarized. Once done we can execute and record.
Andy – once we have executed the document then we can post the property since it will belong to the City as parks space. Thanks.

Gerald, the Police have asked about the possibility of posting a sign at the Cemetery that prevents overnight parking or some time limit. Do you have qualms about doing that? I’m guessing you won’t wish to. Although there is a public easement for parking, the lot is not technically deeded to the City. Platt Map attached, easement in the lower right hand corner.
