Good afternoon Mike, Gerald, and Dan:
I talked to Gerald and Dan earlier today. We agreed it would be a good idea for us to establish some regular weekly time slots for pre-app meetings. Gerald, Dan and I thought that reserving a weekly two-hour window for pre-apps would be good. This way we don’t have to go through the long exercise of looking for a time to schedule these meetings.
Beginning, Thursday, July 18, we would like to begin reserving 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. for pre-app meetings in the City Hall Conference Room. Please hold this time each week and try not to schedule over this two-hour slot. Mike, please let us know ASAP if this time doesn’t work for you on an ongoing basis. If this is the case, we will keep looking for a time that works for all.
Until that time, we will continue finding times that work for all of you for scheduling these important meetings.
