Hi Christie:
We have a deadline on Wednesday to public the Planning Commission packet and staff report for the Cascade Center development.
I haven’t done one of these before in Molalla so I will be relying heavily on Dan and Gerald for guidance this time. I just wanted you to know this is coming up and it’s a firm deadline.
I am reviewing the draft staff report from Steve Miller and so is Dan (and maybe Gerald). I assume we will continue to be making edits tomorrow and Wednesday. I will keep you posted on our progress.
In the meantime, maybe you and Dan can mock up a Planning Commission agenda so we can complete that part of it. I don’t know where to find the Planning Commission folders yet, but I’m sure I’ll learn soon enough ��
