Please let me know if you have any concerns. It isn’t my intent to take any bandwidth away from Darlene to respond to your projects. Of course, they get first priority. I know Darlene understood that.

Hi,

I was careful to ask Darlene to only help if she has time away from her regular duties. I am trusting Darlene to put Gerald and Dan’s work first. I wouldn’t want it any other way.

Alice,

I’m including Gerald in this message, as he is Darlene’s next immediate supervisor. You will need to clear Planning projects with him, as he may have Public Works projects for her while Dan is away.

As far as inventory goes, if any items are duplicates, they can be scheduled for destruction. We only need to keep original copies. Yahoo! There are empty bankers boxes on the floor upstairs that are available for use.

Thanks for getting the ball rolling on this. I’m looking forward to getting those cabinets out of the Records Center.

She will put the files into boxes for us. Most of those files need to be moved back into into “boxes.”

Once she has done that, I will work with you on a process to move those back into file boxes. I assume those items will need to be inventoried into Nancy’s database.
