Standby. Alice – Karl Ivanov was conditioned to dedicate this parcel to the City as parks space as part of Stoneplace Apartments Ph 3. The partition plat was done but I believe that Aldo did not follow through on transferring the property so Stone Place 3 is not technically in compliance. Attached in a deed of dedication that Karl will need to execute and return to us notarized. Once done we can execute and record. Andy – once we have executed the document then we can post the property since it will belong to the City as parks space. Thanks. Do you have qualms about doing that? I’m guessing you won’t wish to. Although there is a public easement for parking, the lot is not technically deeded to the City.
