Good afternoon Planning Commission:
I look forward to meeting all of you tomorrow night. The meeting packet can be accessed here:
We will have hard copies of the agenda, packet, and the plans for you tomorrow night.
I want to alert you to a logistical issue tomorrow night. We will be unable to close the hearing tomorrow night, due to a problem with posting notice consistent with our code. Consequently, we will need to keep the hearing open tomorrow night and return at our regular meeting on June 5th at 6:30 p.m. to conclude the public hearing, deliberate and render a decision. Fortunately, we caught this issue early and were able to plan for this two-step hearing. The good news is you will have plenty of time to ask question tomorrow night. We will prepare the meeting script for the Commission Chair, recognizing this scheduling issue.
