My only concern is that they should be building a roof for their wash bay which they said they would do earlier this year. Seems like they should clean up the past issues along with adding more infrastructure.

Attached is a an application for additional silo at Knife River. The location of the additional silo is located on an established concrete slab. Reviewing the development – this does not trigger a site design review. But I still want to do a plan review - Does anyone have any comments or concerns about this application?
