Hello,
I am working with a developer that is interested in buying part of the property at 728 W. Main Street to do a new retail development. I know there are some off-site improvements that need to be done to the site, so I was wondering if we could schedule a time for us to jump on a call and review what all the requirements would be.
Do you know who the ODOT person is for this area? I think it would help if they were on the call too.
