Hey Gerald,

The applicant is proposing constructing a new front facing fence. As you can see from the site plan & attachments they would like to put the proposed fence adjacent to the side fence. This proposal brings up the issue that it would located on the ROW. Would you allow them to put the proposed fence on the ROW? Let me know what you decide.
