As promised, I am sending a city (and PGE) approved street tree list for your files.

The list comes from the City of Tigard, who lead in urban forestry.

When you and the city are ready to explore this dimension of city planning, I recommend you visit the City of Tigard’s website (link below).

It is incredibly comprehensive. It contains a plan, policies, code, frequently asked question, links to their permit application, etc.

Trees have many community benefits and when the correct tree is chosen, there is relatively no maintenance.
