Hi Aldo,
On behalf of my client, I would like to schedule a Pre-Application Conference with the City. We are proposing a 4-lot subdivision for a property located at 430 West Lane. Attached is the required form and additional information that the City will need for its review.
If possible, we would like to schedule the meeting for January 4th. When I previously worked with Nicolas, he said it was okay to mail the $50 review fee to the City. Please let me know if this is still acceptable and I will immediately mail the check to you.
