Hi Aldo,

Since this is a TA there are no conditions or requirements for Public Works. If it generates a sprinkler requirement that affects the water supply to the building then we can work on that once they find out the status.

Regards,

Subject: Molalla Square Release letter

Aldo,

Attached is a copy of my application for a planning release letter from you. I am attaching a copy of the floor plan so you can see the work being proposed. Basically, the vacant retail lease space used to be occupied by the thrift store “Country values” which has left. The owner proposes to divide the existing lease area into two new lease areas and also install a new ADA restroom in the new lease area that would not have one otherwise.

Regards,

Michael Boys
