Hi Darlene,
Jennifer is no longer with the City and I have taken over as the Public Works Director. Nicholas Lennartz is also no longer with the City and Aldo Rodriguez has taken over as the Community Planner. I looked at that address on our maps and the property south of 31670 Hwy 213 is not addressed on our mapping system. I looked up the parcel information on the County’s Plan Map website and they show the property owned by MM Mill Properties LLC and the address is 31678 S Hwy 213. It is within the City limits but I’m not sure if the property in question has a specific business on it or if they have an active business license with the City of Molalla.

Could you work with Dan Zinder to map this property if it is appropriate? It appears to have been partitioned back in 2013 and the Plat # is 2013-053.

Do we have a business listed on this property? May be MM Mill Properties or some other business.
