Please call this person back as soon as you can. It is on private property and falls under the Planning side of things. I have no objections to a paver driveway and I think it is either listed in our code or considered a hard surface. We had someone ask this question about 8 months ago and I seem to remember it being OK and I don't remember if they needed a permit from Planning or Building to do it. Thanks.
