Aldo,
In addition to the SDC fees, Engineering will need:
1. Engineered plans for the water service and backflow device.
2. A Public Works Project Permit form filled out item #1-7, signed by developer and contractor. The developer signs #7 and the contractor signs #10.
3. Pay fee for PW Permit of $1000 (this is the minimum, $300 for plan review and $700 for construction inspection CC Resolution 2017-03.)
4. Additional fee of $600 for water hook up fee (City Council Resolution 2014-03)
Total Engineering fees are $1600

Hey Gerald,
Reviewing the plans, the only change is the water meter size. The Updated Utility Plan attachment contain the change to the water meter size to 1”. Below is info sent from the architect for SDC calculations.
Here are the items you requested to determine the SDC fees.
1. SF of building = 2,053 sq. ft.
2. SF of impervious surface = 18,562 sq. ft.
3. SF of parcel = 25,707 sq. ft.
