Unless it is a SF home that you have the sheets for up front, send all SDC requests to me directly. I have to calculate each one because they are not standard and are subject to change by inflation index each year or change per Resolution. You can copy the information below in your response back to the Realtor. Thanks.

Current SDC estimate for a manufactured home in Toliver Estates is good until the inflation adjustment for water, storm, and parks sometime in February or March. Adjustment will be made once inflation index is published by ENR.

Water $4,042

Sewer $8,077

Storm $950

Transportation $5,003

Parks $2,550

Total $20,622

Sewer and Transportation will increase effective July 01, 2020 to the full increase per Resolution 2019-18. Council elected to increase 50% of the total on Jan 01 and 100% of the total increase on July 01.
