If no drive thru additions then it one restaurant to another so apples to apples and no changes in impacts to PW systems. No SDC calculations required. If they change then it will trigger more. Thanks.

Thanks Dennis,
The improvements you describe place your project square in our building permit authorization process. The City contracts our Building Department through Clackamas County but applications come through our office first for planning/zoning, public works, fire, and any other applicable agency review. Once we are through with our review, we provide an authorization letter to the County so they can do your electrical/mechanical/plumbing permitting.
You can fill out our building authorization application HERE. For this submission, the City will want a site plan and architectural plans showing existing conditions and all improvements.
Our business license form – This can be done any time before opening
Sign permit – This does not have to be done concurrently with building plans.
I have also included public works to comment on what you’ll need from them.
Best,
Dan Zinder

Hi Dan I’m out of town doing another Domino’s in snohomish Wa. I will be back next week. I should have engineering by then. All work is within the foot print no drive in. Exterior signs and maybe panting exterior. We will be removing posts adding beams. Engineering done by VLM engineering. Adding walls and half walls for production area and point of sale. Using existing three sink area, both employee hand sinks, grease trap, and restrooms extending one to meet ada requirements. I have prints just waiting for new beam, post and foundation schedule. I will have all specs. for gas fired air driven oven with avi attached hood and make up air.
Thanks Dan

Hi Dennis,
My questions to you are:
· Will this remodel be done in the exact footprint of Jaspers or are other parts of that complex included in the remodel?
· Do you plan on doing any exterior work and if so how much?
· Will there be additional components such as a drive through added?
This will help me dictate the direction. Thank you.
