Our utility data is the only place I see 106 Leroy. All other records sources have 104. I think we should just change it in Caselle to 104 Leroy with a note that states that 106 was deliverable but we changed it to 104 to match other records for the property.

Hi Dan,

The property is identified at the County as 104 Leroy but the mailing address is 106 Leroy. See attached property report. Something is screwy here. Can you check with the County to find out which is which? It sounds like the property address in their file is wrong or there are two addresses on the property.

GIS shows 104 Leroy Ave but I believe we have it in Caselle as 106 Leroy Ave (there is no 106 Leroy Ave in GIS).

GIS mapping shows a water and sewer connection to 104 Leroy just north of Fred’s Food O Mart. Can we verify a meter is there and once done we need to set up an account and bill for all use. Right now I cant find it anywhere in caselle.
