I did some poking around this morning. Yes, we can make data driven dashboards through our ArcOnline license. Like the asinine one I made below:
There are many more tools and ways to provide meaning to the created figures. What I’ll probably have to do is make an online map with some data layers tailored to the parameters that you want. The dashboard would update every time I updated the map.
Then, we can work with Municode on how to display on the website if that is desirable.

If it’s utility data updates that you want, I think the question is whether we can create a dashboard that updates automatically from my ESRI data – either the online or desktop program. If we can do that, we then just have to connect with Municode to display it.
Let’s chat next week about this. Including the Office Wizard on this chain.
