Subject: Sewer Videos on the G drive

Gerald,

I have some old sewer videos on the GIS drive that I scanned ages ago. They need to be on the Public Works drive. I plan to put lines that we don’t have more recent versions for in the CCTV folder that you created in the Maintenance Division Folder.

Is there a cutoff date at which these videos would no longer be valid i.e. I should just delete them? I have some dating back to 2007.
