Hi Nikki,
If you are building a home in the City limits then you will need to contact Dan Zinder, Assistant Planner to get the process going. If you are building outside of the City limits in Clackamas County then you will need to go through the County Planning Department.
I have included Dan Zinder in the email. Feel free to reach out to him directly if this is a home in the City of Molalla. Thanks.
Regards,

Subject: residential developers
To whom it may concern:
We are in the process of building a home in Molalla and as I am checking on our permit applications, I saw the notice that residential developers in Molalla will be required to obtain approval and signatures from the City of Molalla and Planning before receiving final building approval or certificate of occupancy.
It notes that a form with signatures must be on site for the final building inspection. Can you send me that form or provide me instructions on what we need to do to be in compliance?
We purchased 2 acres on South Leabo Rd and are currently excavating and waiting on county permits for a single family home. It sounds like we do not need the city form completed until we approach final building inspection.
Thank you,
Nikki Blomquist
