Hi Dan,
There are no impact that I can think of and as long as it is not connected to storm or sewer then it shouldn’t be an issue. They also cant discharge over the fence into the wetland when they clean or do maintenance on the pond. Thanks.

Hi Leanna,
Planning’s perspective is to think of the pond as a structure < 12 ft high and adhere to the (R-1 zone) setback requirements. Under 200 sqft it would not be subject to planning review.
Gerald, the person included in this email is interested in building a pond on the property and I wanted to touch base on what PW standards or considerations might apply.
