Attachments: image001.png; We’ve poked around and it seems like only Metro water and sewer districts are included? I know Molalla staff has used these PlanMap fields in the past thinking they applied to us and decisions may have been made based on it. It’s confusing as the City is the local utility for both water and sewer, as I’m sure other jurisdictions outside Metro are. I’ve developed an online utility map that shows that info but we have a lot of current buy in to PlanMap here so one stop shopping would be desirable if properties serviced by Molalla could be integrated. If not though, I wonder how useful the fields are to include in the reports since they don’t universally apply. As previously mentioned – I’m most of the way towards a dataset that would easily integrate with MAFs. Essentially there with water. Those reports are for districts: sewer, water, park and Molalla is not in those taxing districts so depending on the data layer it is not available, not in district or city. Hope that helps. I’ve attached a full one. When you say property reports…what are you referring to? I’m not sure where a list like that is coming from. Hi Kelly,
I’m going to be traveling back East next week but wanted to give you a “No Update” update regarding the MAF. Nothing for this month.
For the property reports – who curates this data for the County? We’d love to update it with water now and sewer when I complete our laterals.
If it’s through GIS, that would be great as my addresses field on water meters is close to MAF addresses (and I’d get it 100%).
Last – I just did a big update for our hydrants and have attached our latest and greatest. A lot of data field updates and I removed out of service hydrants. We’re gearing up for a hydrant flow testing project + GIS integration so more (fields) to come as this progresses
