The owner of 150 Miller ST called in yesterday asking about partitioning this property. There are at least two issues that we are aware of which the owner would have to receive variances (exceeds density standards for R1 and width for a corner lot) but want to better understand transportation requirements before getting back to him.
Faurie Ave currently shows a 40ft ROW and it appears to be a neighborhood street requiring 50ft of ROW. Our questions are:
