The other piece I’m wondering about – this was an annexation (2014) property. Wouldn’t they have been required to hook into sewer by now (2017) and have passed the 1yr threshold for required connect?

That would also qualify the disconnection of utility service criteria.

Hi Daniel,

I’m not sure if you’re the one to talk to about this but if not hopefully you can point me in the right direction.

The City is fielding a report about a property located at 1418 W Main ST in Molalla (previously addressed at 12860 S HWY 211). It was recently sold, has a home on it, and is in an industrial zone. The new owners appear to be remodeling the property. The question for us is whether this property had been out of use as residential for an extended period of time as this would determine whether new owners could continue with the residential, nonconforming use. It is on a well/septic and has no public utility records.

The piece we’re hoping PGE can provide is if, when, and for how long this property went delinquent on its utility payments to PGE within the past 5 years.
