Planning’s perspective is to think of the pond as a structure < 12 ft high and adhere to the (R-1 zone) setback requirements. Under 200 sqft it would not be subject to planning review.

Gerald, the person included in this email is interested in building a pond on the property and I wanted to touch base on what PW standards or considerations might apply.
