We had an applicant come by the other day wanting to do a tenant improvement. It’s a commercial -> commercial conversion project with only interior work being done and no new connections. See points in RED for proposed changes.

My thoughts are that this would be a project exempt from our review and we could just send along the “exempt form” for them but wanted to check with you first.
