Joe’s assumptions sound reasonable and makes sense to go off of the TV inspection footage, which we’ll do. My clarification question is: do the Church of Christ (“1” on attached) and the blue building (“2” on attached) have separate service laterals that you know of or is the second lateral serving the empty lot?

I have a couple discrepancies between what the video shows and the laterals marked and surveyed in the field between SSMH TL B 21 and SSMH TL B 20. I have attached a rough aerial view with some notes. The discrepancies are as follows:

• * The location of the service from the east as surveyed is shown in blue and is not shown on the video. However, I believe that this is the service top tap shown in red (so cannot tell which direction it goes from video) shown 5 feet to the south of the marks located in the field is the service from the east. This is not uncommon to be 5 feet off sometimes and this is the only lateral that has a potential to go that direction (the other two laterals close by clearly come from the west). I am currently assuming that I will use the location as shown in the videos and not on the field marks for this service (I will show the service top tap coming from the east at the location shown in the video inspection and not as marked in the field).

• * There are two services coming from the west shown in the videos that were not marked in the field. There are 2 buildings in the vicinity and currently assume that 2 services provide sanitary sewer services to the two buildings. I want to verify that is correct as they were not located in the field.

• * The remaining services on this section and between SSMH TL B 22 and SSMH TL B 21 are accurate and located within about a foot of the video locations. I am planning on using the video locations for the lateral locations unless I hear otherwise.
