Gerald,

FYI, just received this as I wasn’t on this initial chain.

The County maintains parcel boundaries county-wide and we get our parcel data from them. I just ordered a new round from them but it doesn’t look like they’ve updated on PlanMap yet. I’ll ask if they’ve received the documentation for that piece.

I can do the buffer layer. What features qualify?

Best,

Dan Zinder

Aldo – That yellow sliver appears to match up with the alignment of Bear Creek in a prior document so I’m good with that. Since it is a PLA and we can’t require any of the typical PUE and ROW dedications then I have no comments on the PLA. You can move forward with this.

Dan Z – Please update the parcel map in this area when you have a moment. Also, on the zoning and parcel map is it possible to put the waterway alignments on them with a buffer layer matching the setback requirements in our code?

Hey Dale,

Yes, that is correct there is no min or max lot size in m-2.

I sent over the application to Public Works and our Fire Marshal for first review and comments.

Questions:

What is the reasoning for the PLA? Is Marson Trucking purchasing the property to expand its current use?

What is the reason/explanation for the configuring of the parcel?

I looked at the city code, I don’t believe there is a minimum or maximum lot size in this zoning, given that the lot line adjustment meets the code requirements.

Hey Dale,

Jeff Marson came to my desk this morning. He mentioned that you sent me email yesterday regarding the application. I didn’t receive the email. Could re-send it? Thank you.
