I am handing the filing system over to Christie along with the assignment of project numbers. Capital projects will be assigned number when we have a budgeted project and begin at the start of work. Private development project will be assigned a number when we take in plan review fees. Small private projects will not be issued project numbers but will be filed by street and number. We will be rolling out a separate utility permit sheet to track utility companies separate from the paying permits for homes. That will come later. Christie will set up a sheet you can use to request numbers for projects that will go in the file. Thanks and have a good evening.
