Subject: Library Gas PIN

Importance: Normal

Dan we have a pin for the library staff: 88646.

I’ve never had a problem with anyone figuring out how to get gas, but if instructions are required here is an industrial workflow, which you might add to the policy. One should use their creativity and common sense to fill in any gaps:

The workflow for getting gas for a City Vehicle is as follows: each City Vehicle has its own card that stays in that vehicle. Drive to the Pacific Pride Station on HWY 211 (across from Bimart). Get out of the vehicle with its card and slide the card into kiosk near the pumps. The Kiosk will ask for the vehicles mileage, which you will supply, and also for your PIN number to identify you as a driver. After that it will ask you which pump you want to use. Looking back at where you parked, the nearest pump will have a number on it. Supply this number to the Kiosk. The Kiosk will tell you to begin pumping. Walk back to the pump and remove the nozzle so you can pump gas. Under the nozzle there is a large metal switch that says “on/off”. Flip it to “on”. Pump gas as normal, do not top off. After the pump switches off, replace the nozzle (this will require you turning the big metal switch back to “off”, which completes the workflow)
