All City Staff,

I wanted to let everyone know that last week I had my CT scan post chemo and it was clear I officially no longer have cancer! Last week was the last of my what seemed at times never ending doctor appointments. Reflecting now I know that my recovery would not have gone so well if not for the support of family, friends, and EVERYONE OF YOU! It was scary walking into this journey the support and the way this city embraced and helped me with your generous sick donations meant so much to me and my family. The pictures and words of encouragement sent to me in the hospital and when I was recovering also meant a lot. I’m very thankful to be part of such an amazing organization and I can only hope that one day I get the opportunity to lead by the example set by you and pay it forward to someone else in my life. Thank you again!
